CrackingIT has been taking care of our business and personal IT needs for years. They have shepherded us through the set-up of our dental practice 2½ years ago and most recently as we converted from one dental software to another. They make it so easy every step of the way from filling out the paperwork and coordinating with the software provider. On a daily basis, they always answer the phone call or text and are able to sort things out remotely or in person. It’s one less thing to worry about knowing CrackingIT is watching out for our IT systems.

We've been working with Cracking IT now for over a year and they offer a brilliant service. Pay As You Go

For smaller businesses who need ad-hoc support our pay as you go service is perfect. You are billed in 15 minute blocks, with a discount when a job takes an hour. The quality of service is the same as a monthly contract, you are just not committed to a monthly fee.

Monthly Contract

We have monthly contracts available for customers with more than five computers. This is suitable for people who want an unlimited amount of support rather than on a pay as you go basis. For details see our monthly contract page
